District Technology Coordinator "highly recommends" Reflex
"When our district first began looking for a math facts program, we knew what we didn’t want. We knew we didn’t want something we had to host on our server and we didn’t want a program that the kids would tire of," says Kelly Martin, District Technology Coordinator for the Lake Tahoe School District in California. "I feel extremely fortunate to have found Reflex Math because it solved those two issues and then took it a step further. I knew immediately upon using the demo that the kids would love Reflex Math. It’s highly engaging for the students and they absolutely love the games."
Before they had Reflex, Lake Tahoe School District tried other solutions. But Kelly wasn't satisfied with the results. "As a teacher I know that kids learn math facts with automaticity when they are taught in a fact family. I was always disappointed with other programs that we used because they were more ‘drill and kill’ style rather than teaching the students the fact family so they will retain the information."

The Lake Tahoe School District currently uses Reflex in all their elementary schools and in their middle school. All the students in grades 3-12 are assigned Netbooks in Kelly's district, and our product integrates well with their technology program.
So how are the kids doing? We decided to pick one of the elementary schools and look at what kind of progress their fifth graders had made using Reflex. We were definitely impressed by what we found.
"We’ve been very impressed with the students’ progress and growth in math facts automaticity. I would highly recommend Reflex Math to any school district looking to improve their students’ math facts retention and automaticity."
