Reflex: New School Year Support
Since educators are mostly concerned about what’s happening with their students in the current school year, Reflex will reset the calendar at the estimated beginning of your school year (mostly August and September dates). Administrators and teachers will only see what’s happening in the current school year in the group reports. But if you’d like to check how students did last year, their individual usage reports from previous years will still be available.
The upcoming start date has already been set for your school or district based on last year's information. If your school's start date has changed significantly since last year, you may want to go in and double-check the date. Teachers can find the 'Start of School Year' in the Profile/Schools tab. Your school administrator can change the date through their User/Settings tab.
Reflex has been improving, and we want to keep you informed about recent changes. You can get full details about the more involved changes in the Teacher Guide. This file will be available on the Reflex website in a few days.
